In part two of this year’s presentation of Concerto and Aria Competition winners, Liezl Fernando will be featured as soloist in the Ravel Piano Concerto in G, and soprano Rachel Law will sing arias by Donizetti and Mozart. Also on the program, the University Orchestra and SCU New Music Ensemble will combine forces in Pulitzer Prize-winning composer John Luther Adams’ evocation to the earth, “Sila (Breath of the World)”.
